Photography Exhibit At Biltmore Estate

Post Date: 08.01.2010

An exhibit of works from 16 members of the f/32 Photogra-phy Group will be on display at the Biltmore Estate’s Deer- park Restaurant gallery space through August. Each photographer’s distinctive style is represented through 21 images from rural landscape vistas to technology rich graphic images.

Wesley Corn’s “Made in America,” for example, reflects the graffiti flavor of urban life. Susan Stanton’s “Sunset Over Mills River Valley” features the mountainscapes of Western North Carolina, and in Missy Corrales’ “Curiosity,” she utilizes her graphic design skills and photography to create a piece with a entirely new flare.

Whether it’s the rustic charm of John Orolin’s “Green Door,” the natural beauty of Jodi Clere’s “Flare,” or the classic black-and-white images by Bill Smith and Bill Logan, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Hours are 11–3 p.m. Tuesdays–Saturdays and 10–2 p.m. on Sundays.
