Pardee UNC Health Care Free Prostate Cancer Educational Session

Pardee UNC Health Care will host a free prostate cancer educational session on Thursday, Sept. 14, at 6 p.m. in the Pardee Cancer Center, located at 805 6th Avenue West in Hendersonville.
The educational session, “The ABCs of Screening for Prostate Cancer,” is free and open to the public. Urologist W. Glover Little, M.D., will present on the who, what, when, where and why of prostate cancer, and will be available to speak one-on-one with guests afterward. Men ages 40 to 75 will have the opportunity to be pre-qualified for prostate cancer screenings. Light snacks and beverages will be served.
Pre-qualification is required for screenings and walk-ins will not be accepted. To pre-qualify, please call 828-698-7317. Spanish interpretation services are available free of charge.
