River Arts District Enjoyed Another Stroll
Post Date: 12.07.2010
Another River Arts District Studio Stroll has ended in Asheville, but was, as usual, reflective of many new beginnings, from new artists and mediums to entirely new buildings.
Established favorites combined with fresh faces, and good food is always a winner for visitors. It’s as if the River Arts District molds, tweaks, and reinvents itself every half-year, making a trek down to the river a must for any art lover.
With so many artists and so much art and craft available up to seven days a week, it’s become a destination for those intent upon decorating their lives, finding a perfect gift, and supporting Asheville’s “Buy Local” phenomenon. The Stroll never really ends—come visit the artists in the River Arts District as they are already preparing for the next great event.
