Bullington Gardens 17th Annual Holiday Sale
November 8 @ 9:00 am - December 17 @ 4:00 pm
Bullington Gardens, a public garden and horticultural education center, holds its 17th annual Holiday Craft and Greenery Sale both online and in-person. The online store will be held with contactless pick-up for shoppers’ convenience. Go local and go online by shopping at our virtual store opening November 15 and running through December 17.
The online Holiday Craft Sale features nature-themed, handcrafted items including ornaments, textiles, quilts, botanical beauty products and holiday decor. The evergreen holiday gnome, standing 36 inches tall, adds a whimsical touch to your front porch.
Online orders for holiday greenery will be accepted through Tuesday, November 23. The Holiday Greenery Sale features premium, freshly-cut Fraser fir trees ranging in height from five to eight feet. These native trees come from the Western North Carolina mountains and are wrapped for protection during transport. Also available are premium garlands in a 25-foot length, plus unadorned 12-inch wreaths.
The in-person sale will be held on December 3 and 4. Greenery, locally-grown holiday plants including cyclamen, amaryllis and poinsettia, as well as limited ornaments and crafts will be sold. Wreaths and swags enhanced with botanicals gathered on the Bullington Garden grounds and created by volunteers are ready for your home.
Bullington Gardens is a proud supporter of our veterans, and believes all service members should be honored for their sacrifice. In partnership with local veterans and volunteers, Bullington Gardens offers Veteran’s Wreaths. Your $18 donation to honor a fallen veteran provides a 12-inch wreath, decorated with a hand tied red bow, and placed by a volunteer on a gravesite at the State Veteran’s Cemetery in Black Mountain.
Beginning November 15, shop the Bullington Gardens store online at www.bullingtongardens.org and fill your virtual cart with unique gift items and greenery. Orders can also be placed by phone at 828-698- 6104. On December 3 and 4, browse the crafts, greenery and hand-embellished wreaths available at the in-person Holiday Sale at Bullington Gardens. Shipping or delivery is not available.
