Contain Your Fear Exhibit Opening October 6th
October 6 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Contain Your Fear, a multi-artist exhibit opens Friday, October 6th at Revolve
in Asheville’s River Arts District from 6–8pm. Just in time for spooky season, the exhibit runs through October 31st. Fear is a universal human trait, but varies with every individual. This exhibit showcases the work of nineteen artists, designers and writers from around the country. Each has created one piece of art each based on a personal fear and how to “contain” it.
The exhibit’s artwork includes sculpture, photography, collage, painting,
assemblages, printmaking, installations and poetry. Topics range from funny to
poignant to creepy. Each artist has written a personal statement about their
fear and their artwork.
Contain Your Fear is curated by Diane Bronstein, a local artist and curator.
Revolve is located at 821 Riverside Drive, #179, Asheville, NC, 28801
