If your event occurs over several days, please submit multiple events. Events extending beyond a four-day schedule will not be accepted. All submissions are subject to editorial approval and edits for clarity and style before being published online. One Day Voice Over Intensive w/ Ian Russell

This 1-day intensive workshop will introduce you to the wide world of Voice Over and the principles of Voice Acting. It will provide the basis from which you can move your voice over career forward by providing some answers to the most commonly asked questions like What equipment do I need?, Where can I find work?, How is Voice Acting Different for On-Screen and Stage Acting?

It will provide opportunity to practice ‘Behind the Mic’ get immediate feedback on performance and technique and learn a few of the tricks of the trade.

Your workshop leader is Ian Russell a British Actor who moved to the US 5 years ago and has carved out a career in Voice Over from his home studio in the Upstate. He is best known for his performances in Videogames such as Payday2 and Warhammer 40k but is also much in demand in the growing and lucrative world of E-Learning and Corporate Audio with a client list that includes Coca Cola, Intel, Samsung, Maersk, Mini, Jaguar, and The United Nations.
