The Laurel of Asheville is a lifestyle magazine focused on the arts, culture, and communities of Western North Carolina, and submitted events should fall within this context. If your event occurs over several days, please submit multiple events. Events extending beyond a four-day schedule will not be accepted. All submissions are subject to editorial approval and edits for clarity and style before being published online. If you are going to include a photograph, please be certain that you have the rights to utilize that image. If there is a question about image rights, we may remove the image. Please allow up to 48 hours for your even to be posted. If you encounter difficulties submitting an event, please email email@example.com.

Seasonal Wellness Day
June 22 @ 1:00 am - 5:00 pm
Maples and the One of a Kind (OOAK) Art Gallery in Micaville will be hosting our first Seasonal Wellness Day on June 22, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm in the Gallery loft, Coffee Shop and surrounding grounds. For a small donation, local health and well-being practitioners will be providing their services to anyone who would like to participate. Registration is not necessary, but space is limited.
Practitioners will meet outside the Community Room at the back of the Gallery at 1:00 pm to each present a brief presentation of their modalities and processes.

Jennie Boyd Bull will offer Qigong and Tai Chi in the OOAK grounds behind the Gallery
