If your event occurs over several days, please submit multiple events. Events extending beyond a four-day schedule will not be accepted. The Ballad of R & J

The Ballad of R & J is a bluegrass-infused intervention of Shakespeare’s classic tale. The event itself is a busking corner, turned block party, with a theatrical story in the middle occurring on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings in June in the empty lot at 68 Haywood in downtown Asheville. Music starts at 6 with the show commencing at 6:30. Performances are free to all and BYOS (bring your own seat) is recommended.
