If your body sends a signal of physical or emotional distress\, watch out! If your body sends a signal of comfort and eagerness\, then proceed!” Deepak Chopra \nFee is sliding scale $15-25 no one turned away! \nAbout 5Rhythms®\nCreated by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide. 5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principles that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. \nAbout Karen:\n5Rhythms dance is for everyone. This meditative freeform dancing practice was created by dancer and visionary Gabriellle Roth. Accredited 5Rhythms teacher Karen Chapman has been hosting dances in Asheville and around the country for 8 years.
