SUMMARY:ONLINE Spring Native Plant & Shrub Sale benefiting MountainTrue
DESCRIPTION:🌱 Grow Crazy! MountainTrue’s ONLINE Spring Native Plant Sale is coming soon—mark your calendar so you can dig in before your top picks vanish! The online sale opens at 9 am on March 1st. Sign up to be notified when the sale goes live. \nFrom native trees and shrubs to pollinator-friendly blooms and wildlife-loving plants\, we’ve got the goodies your garden (and the critters) will love. All plants come from our friends at Carolina Native Nursery\, grown with care just for you. \nOrders will be accepted from March 1st through March 31st\, while supplies last. You must pay for the order at the time you submit it in order to secure your species and size of choice. Then\, pick up your order in Asheville\, NC at Oteen Baptist Church on Tuesday\, April 14th\, between 3 pm and 6 pm. \nOrders MUST be picked up on Tuesday\, April 14th unless\, due to exceptional circumstances\, other arrangements are made PRIOR to placing the order by contacting amy@mountaintrue.org. \nNative shrubs and perennials are a vital component of healthy streams and lakes. They help prevent erosion\, filter pollution from runoff\, and provide food and shelter for wildlife. MountainTrue staff and volunteers spend significant time and resources removing nonnative invasive plants along streams and lake shorelines to protect water quality and ensure that the native vegetation stays healthy. \nPlants that are found here inspire a “sense of place” and pride in our mountain communities and promote wise stewardship and conservation of natural resources.

SUMMARY:Spirited Improv Group 6 Week Series
DESCRIPTION:Spirited Improv is a conscious\, community-centered experience where we come together to grow through improvisation. \nUsing improv as a living practice\, we explore presence\, creative expression\, and authentic connection in a space rooted in love and radical acceptance. This is not about performance or comedy. It’s about trusting the unknown and responding from the heart. \nOver 6-weeks\, we move\, play\, express\, and create together\, allowing improv to become the process through which community forms and transformation unfolds. As we practice showing up authentically with one another\, fear softens\, confidence grows\, and a deeper sense of belonging emerges. \nSpirited Improv is for spiritually aligned humans seeking personal growth\, meaningful connection\, and a more loving way of being in the world. \nFacilitated by Jessica Chilton\, whose background in improvisation and expressive arts therapy creates a sacred\, supportive container for soulful play and community growth.
