In reality\, layers are a great tool and easy to use\, plus they give you a wide range of adjustments to perfect your photographs!  This 2 part\, six-hour workshop will teach how to 1) choose and create “adjustment layers\,” 2) create masks to modify layers\, 3) add selected filters\, and 4) handle the layers in general. As we progress through the information\, you will follow along on your computer using the instructor’s sample images\, then work with your own. You will also receive an informative PDF handout containing key information that you learn in the class. NOTE: You may attend Session One only.\nSession Two: (You must have attended Session One to take part in this session): We’ll review Session One’s material — The Mystery of “Layers” — then view your sample images\, including your process using layers in Photoshop. Your images must be TIFF images. Fronted by Corey Stevenson\, the band is known for its raw energy\, gritty authenticity\, and standout guitar work. By 14\, Corey was already making industry connections with Noel Golden and Edwin McCain\, later studying at the Greenville Fine Arts Center under Steve Watson. He went on to earn a music leadership scholarship to Newberry College and share stages with artists like Victor Wooten\, Steve Bailey\, and the studio Brent Mason. \nA Golden Ticket winner on American Idol and Top 16 finisher in the Country Music Bracket\, Corey recently formed the band with Jake Keller and Lance Sweat. The group has shared stages with Bucky Covington\, Big Smo\, Zach Myers\, and the Kentucky Headhunters\, and is set to play over 200 shows in 2026. With multiple independent chart successes\, their upcoming album Loaded 44 drops October 17th\, continuing their mission to bring real\, hard-hitting music back to the forefront. \nMAD DOG BLUES BAND \nA blues and soul collective with roots in the 1990s\, The Mad Dog Blues Band is made up of gifted musicians and singers from Asheville\, New York City\, Washington D.C.\, and North Georgia. The land is a living archive—every field\, fence line\, and hillside carries traces of past hands\, seasons\, and stories. \nExhibit runs from June 27 – July 29 \nARTISTS!\nPlease apply.
