DESCRIPTION:Connections\nHow do we get out of heads and into our bodies?  Sometimes we are so busy and disconnected from ourselves and bodies.  In the 5Rhythms movement practice\, we find our way to ground and connect to our feet and to awaken parts of ourselves that have been dormant or a sleep.
