In this hands-on workshop, you’ll cover machine basics, safety, standard stitches, and practical tips as you sew your very own drawstring bag. From winding the bobbin to threading the machine to sewing with a seam allowance, you’ll build a solid foundation that can take your sewing wherever you want to go.<\/p>\n
What’s Provided All materials are provided, including fabric and use of a sewing machine if needed. You’re also welcome to bring your own fabric if you have something you’d like to use. If you own a sewing machine, we strongly encourage you to bring it \u2014 we’d love to help you learn the ins and outs of your specific machine. Machine availability in the workshop is limited, so please note in your registration whether you have a machine and, if so, the make and model OR if you will need to use one from the Tool Library.<\/p>\n
