Josh Smith<\/p><\/div>\n

Josh Smith remembers exploring the 1,600 acres that now make up The Cliffs at Walnut Cove with his father when it was still in its development stages. After working for 15 years in the luxury real estate field, Smith, in 2012, joined Walnut Cove Realty, which has now expanded to represent the Southcliff community in partnership with Beverly-Hanks REALTORS\u00ae.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe focus with Southcliff is to create long-term value to new and existing homeowners by building intentional, high-end luxury homes that increase property value, utilize the existing lots and provide needed inventory in the unique conservation community,\u201d says Smith. The 400-acre community is close to downtown Asheville while feeling like a tucked-away mountain retreat surrounded by laurels and rhododendrons. The community center and outdoor event space are undergoing work to reinvigorate the space for use by property owners and to establish a new era of community development.<\/p>\n
