G Pa Rhymes, aka Gary Wakstein<\/p><\/div>\n

On Saturday, July 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., children\u2019s book author G Pa Rhymes (Gary Wakstein) will present his newest book, Hay Goes Home.<\/em> The event will take place in front of Bohemian Baby Boutique in Grove Arcade. \u201cAuthor events hold a special place in my heart because they allow me to connect with my audience in a unique and engaging way,\u201d says Wakstein. \u201cI thrive on the energy and excitement of the children, seeing their eyes light up as I do my raps and rhymes and as they enter the world of my stories. The joy and laughter that fill the room during these events are truly magical to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

G Pa Rhymes was born at the encouragement of Wakstein\u2019s son, who connected his father\u2019s love of rapping and rhyming with a potential career in authoring children\u2019s books. G Pa Rhymes is the author of the Adventures of Cray<\/em> series, which includes the books Beach Ball Blunder, Cray Saves the Day, A New Day for Cray<\/em> and the newest addition, Hay Goes Home<\/em>, a story about bravery. \u201cThe inspiration for this book came from my own experiences witnessing acts of courage in everyday life,\u201d says Wakstein. \u201cI wanted to highlight the importance of facing fears and finding strength within oneself.\u201d<\/p>\n
