It is time where the day and night are in equal length. We begin to find balance in our lives and in our bodies. A shift happens of blossoming plants and flowers will begin to wilt and the trees prepare to shed their leaves for the coming cold. Animals begin to collect their food for hibernation. They turn to their dens to find warmth and prepare for the darkness.  We begin to turn inward to practice gratitude for the harvest that came during the Summer season.  How do we move with the grace of balance, turning inward and having gratitude for our bodies and all things? We move to the Maps created by Gabrielle Roth!<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t miss out on Local drummer Brandi Mizilca and student drummer. They will drum for our Warm up session from 10am-10:45am.<\/p>\n<p>Please bring an object to place on the installation that represents Fall. Please do not bring any objects of value!<\/p>\n<p>Venue: Still Point Wellness, 946 Tunnel Rd. Asheville, NC 28805<br \/>\nTime: 10am-12pm<br \/>\nFee is sliding scale: $15-25, no one turned away.<\/p>\n<p> About 5Rhythms\u00ae<br \/>\nCreated by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide. 5Rhythms\u00ae is a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principles that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself.<\/p>\n<p>About Karen:<br \/>\n5Rhythms dance is for everyone. This meditative instructional dance practice which is  created by dancer and visionary Gabriellle Roth. Accredited 5Rhythms teacher Karen Chapman has been hosting dances in Asheville and around the country for 8 years.  Through the dance, Karen acts as an instructional movement leader for the dancer to have a journey through the rhythms, based on how does the body move and change through this fast paced world?<\/p>\n<p>See ya on the dance floor!
