Accredited 5Rhythms teacher Karen Chapman has been hosting dances in Asheville and around the country for 9 years. Through the dance, Karen acts as an instructional movement leader for the dancer to have a journey through the 5Rhythms, based on how does the body move and breathe in through changing times and a fast paced world?<\/p>\n
