Spirited Improv is a unique fusion of expressive arts, spiritual practice, and group play that helps you release fear, trust the unknown, and show up as your truest self.<\/p>\n
Spirited Improv is a soul-centered community experience that uses improvisational play as the container for spiritual growth, personal transformation, and authentic connection.<\/p>\n
Rather than focusing on comedy or performance, we use improv as a living practice, one that invites presence, trust, curiosity, and responsiveness in the moment.<\/p>\n
Facilitated by Jessica Chilton, who brings over 20 years of improvisational performing arts experience and 16 years as an expressive arts therapist, weaving creativity, spirituality, and presence into a safe, transformative group experience.<\/p>\n
