\nWe have double celebrations in the month of June!
\nSummer is where we embrace the Sun and the warmth that it provides for us. In Summer all of our plants, fruits and vegetables are in full bloom and ripen for picking. We honor Mother Earth for giving us magic in growth in the Gardens and warmth on the Earth! <\/p>\n
Father’s Day, much gratitude to Dad’s that are living and not living. For those who substitute as a Dad’s and are generous Dad’s. Tell your Dad how much you love and cherish them! Thank them for taking good care and protecting your family. Please bring a small object that represents Summer and bring a picture of your Dad or a small object that represents your Dad! About Karen:
\n5Rhythms dance is for everyone. This meditative instructional dance practice which is created by dancer and visionary Gabriellle Roth. Accredited 5Rhythms teacher Karen Chapman has been hosting dances in Asheville and around the country for 9 years. Through the dance, Karen acts as an instructional movement leader for the dancer to have a journey through the rhythms, based on how does the body move and breathe in through a changing and fast paced world?
\nThis movement class will be held once a month upon a scheduled date.<\/p>\n
Movement Timeline:
\nWarmup: 10am-10:45am
\nCircle: 10:45 am-11:00am, invitation for movement, demo the 5Rhythms, answer any questions that may arise
\nMovement: 11:00 am- 12 noon, we will move to the Wave music and I will provide instructional exercises throughout our movement session.
