Hey Folks! If you\u2019ve been curious about growing mushrooms but aren\u2019t sure where to start, this is the one-day workshop for you.<\/p>\n

You’ll learn core low-tech, outdoor mushroom cultivation methods that we teach in our 3-month online beginners course\u2014distilled into a practical, accessible day on the farm.<\/p>\n

You will learn:
\n* How mushrooms grow and regenerate the forest
\n* How to inoculate logs and make totems
\n* How to make your own cardboard spawn
\n* How to grow mushrooms on straw
\n* How to make woodchip beds<\/p>\n

You’ll will go home with:
\n* Cardboard spawn to grow out mycelium
\n* A straw bag inoculated with Oyster mushrooms
\n* A log inoculated with Shiitake mushrooms
\n* Woodchips to start your own Wine Cap bed<\/p>\n
