ABOUT SPIRITED IMPROV<\/p>\n
Spirited Improv is a unique fusion of expressive arts, spiritual practice, and group play that helps you release fear, trust the unknown, and show up as your truest self. Through embodied improvisational play, movement, voice, storytelling, music, and customery, we create a living container where authenticity is welcomed and presence is practiced. Over time, this shared experience fosters deep connection, confidence, and a felt sense of belonging.<\/p>\n
Facilitated by Jessica Chilton, who brings over 20 years of improvisational performing arts experience and 16 years as an expressive arts therapist, weaving creativity, spirituality, and presence into a safe, transformative group experience.<\/p>\n
Spirited Improv is for those seeking a spiritual community grounded in lived experience, where growth happens through relationship, creativity, and the courage to show up fully. As we transform individually through improv, we strengthen the collective and contribute to a more compassionate world.<\/p>\n
