5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers on Weds Nights hosted by Karen
August 21 @ 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm
$15 – $25Quiet The Mind: sometimes our minds fill up with so much chatter and thoughts. We get caught up with all our worries, analyzing, comparing, deciphering, decoding, calculating and making small and large decisions! Through movement, we are able to let go of our thoughts to give permission for our intuition and creativity to be more present and learn to listen! We move to the maps created by Gabrielle Roth!
Homewood, 19 Zillicoa St. Asheville, NC, 5:00-6:45pm, fee is sliding scale $15-25, no one turned away!
