Fundraiser for Limestone Gumption
March 17, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Free with RSVP
You are invited to a fundraiser for Limestone Gumption: The Stage Musical Comedy on Monday, March 17, 6-9pm. Free!
The free event will showcase top professional entertainment, side-splitting laughter, free delicious, hand-crafted food from Chef Michelle Bailey, and a cash bar. Hazel Brindley opens the show, riding a self-driving motorized piano on wheels around the room through tight twists and turns while playing your favorite hits on the keys!
The host of the fundraiser is the talented “DelightedToBeHere.” A live singing drag queen as seen on “America’s Got Talent” performs hilarious, fall-out-of-your-seat-laughing numbers.
The all-women band, Channeling Granny, performs original numbers from the production on fiddle, base, and guitar.
Be sure to wear your green. We’ll be celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day.
ABOUT THE MUSICAL COMEDY: Southern charm and religious values are currency, and townsfolk die of natural causes in the sleepy town of Whitecross. Until now. Who killed town football hero, Big Jake? When legal authorities fail to protect the women denizens of Whitecross, the Sisterfriends—members of the Women’s Preservation Club—take matters into their own hands to see that justice is served.
The surprising answers are revealed in a dark descent into the campy, musical romp. The mystery will keep you on the edge of your seat and make you fall out of it laughing. Or maybe even both!
