Restorative Yoga Sound Bath

November 7 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
$35

Gentle restorative yoga postures are woven throughout this sound bath experience. Cushions, props, and blankets completely support your body so you can relax and soak up the soothing and healing sounds. Restorative poses promote deep release and relaxation, and sound baths entrain our brainwaves to shift into a dreamlike state. The gentle supported stretching combined with the healing vibrations allows emotions and deeply held tensions to bubble up and be washed away.

This gentle, grounding practice is open to everybody, and no experience is needed. Come as you are, tired or wired or somewhere in between. We’ll provide a yoga mat, along with cushions, props, and blankets. Just wear something comfortable and bring your water bottle.

Location: Rad Yoga, 20 Artful Way, Suite 110, Asheville, NC 28801 (street parking; accessible on the first floor)
