Music on Main
Music on Main, the premier summer event hosted by the Weaverville Business Association, returns to Weaverville’s Main Street on Saturday, June 14, from 4—9 p.m. Presented by AdventHealth, this community celebration turns Main Street into a pedestrian corridor between Brown Street and Merrimon Avenue. A live music stage is set up in front of Weaverville Town Hall, where the evening’s performances will include The Get Right Band, Nick Mac & The Noise, and The John Henrys. “The Music on Main stage sits on an ever-so-slight incline in front of Town Hall,” says Music on Main chair Cindy Ward. “There is space for dancing, kid activities, delicious food both sit-down indoor and sit-down outdoor, great drinks and lots and lots of smiles and laughter.”

The Get Right Band
Main Street restaurants and local breweries will be open and Indian restaurant Mehfil will have its food truck on site. Local vendors will be set up along the street, as well as a Kids Activity Zone. The event is a designated Social District, so attendees over the age of 21 can purchase an alcoholic beverage and stroll the event area.
“Weaverville’s Music on Main is the perfect mix of our welcoming and vibrant community, with off-the-charts local talent framed by the charm of South Main Street restaurants and businesses,” says Ward. “Music on Main continues to grow as a local, popular event because it embodies everything we love about Asheville, in Weaverville.”
