Asheville’s Mardi Gras Parade, an alcohol-free and family-friendly event, begins at 3:05 p.m. on Sunday, February 7. It will feature dancers, drummers, and krewes of colorfully costumed characters—sporting spangles, sparkles, feathers, beads, and amazing masks—starting on Wall Street and making their way down Battery Park Avenue, Haywood Street, and Page Avenue by the Grove Arcade.
