Cynthia Llanes, who grew up in the Philippines and studied Fine Arts in Manila, always dreamed of having her own gallery.
“Before opening my gallery in the River Arts District (RAD), I maintained a home art studio where I completed commissioned works and held art classes as well,” she says. For her, having a gallery fosters a sense of community within the local art scene. “Art has the power to unite and inspire,” she says. “My gallery space will act as a hub for artmakers and collectors to come together and celebrate the beauty of creativity.”
Cynthia will show her artwork as well as offer art classes in her Riverview Station gallery in the coming months. “I am excited to show my Petite Collection for RAD’s Christmas event,” she says.
