To benefit The Marshall Depot and warriorhike.org, many of the area’s most talented musicians and songwriters are hosting “Shall We Gather at the River,” a spring benefit concert at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, in the Historic Marshall Depot on Main Street. Featured will be Annie Lalley and Joe Ebel, Brew Davis, Brooke and George Buckner, Marty and Don Lewis, Richard Hurley, Sosi Gott, and Tom Godleski and Buncombe Turnpike. There will also be special performances by Emma Hammond, Loretta Freeman, and the North Buncombe Middle School Heritage Music Club. Tickets are $10. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and there is general seating.
