Dance is remarkable in its ability to heal but what we put in our bodies during and after can enhance the outcome, we look forward to each time. She has been apart of 5Rhythms Community since 2012.
Yolanda has danced through the rollercoaster that life has thrown. Through trial and error all of YoSnacks are made with dance in mind…. recovery and during. The Hug Ministry allows for healing of the spirit. Dance can bring up so many emotions so feel free to come in for a hug before and after dance. Hugs Heal!
