5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers® on Weds Nights hosted by Karen
November 6 @ 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm
$15 – $25TRUST THE BODY!
Trust your Body, it is important to listen, feel and see what your body is telling you! Your body is a sacred vessel that needs tending. If we don’t listen or ignore signs that our body is telling us, then it can lead to some uncomfortable situations to happen. TRUST YOUR BODY!
“Listen to your body’s wisdom, which expresses itself through signals of comfort and discomfort. When choosing a certain behavior, ask your body. How do you feel about this? If your body sends a signal of physical or emotional distress, watch out! If your body sends a signal of comfort and eagerness, then proceed!” Deepak Chopra
Fee is sliding scale $15-25 no one turned away!
