July 20, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Ground and Breathe!
In this challenging world, we need to have some calming techniques to bring us back to our bodies. In the 5Rhythms practice, when our lives or the world becomes chaotic or challenging it is always good to ground into your feet and take several deep breaths. Always come back to the breath and ground in your feet. We move to the Maps created by Gabrielle Roth. I look forward to our movement class! Picture is by Razvan Horhat.
Asia House828, 119 Coxe Ave. Asheville, NC, 10am-12noon, $15-25 sliding scale, no one turned away.
