The Laurel of Asheville is a lifestyle magazine focused on the arts, culture, and communities of Western North Carolina, and submitted events should fall within this context. If your event occurs over several days, please submit multiple events. Events extending beyond a month will not be accepted. All submissions are subject to editorial approval and edits for clarity and style before being published online. If you are going to include a photograph, please be certain that you have the rights to utilize that image. If there is a question about image rights, we may remove the image. Also, images should be no larger than 2000 pixels wide. Large images will prevent the event from being submitted. Please allow up to 5 days for your even to be posted. You do not need to visit all the bars. We will have times next to each bar when they will be staffed & ready and when you should be there for lanyard & crawl awesomeness.
๐ How do I get my comp shots? Your shot tickets will be attached to your halloween crawl lanyard.
๐ Do I need to print my ticket? Does it need to match my name?
No, on your phone is preferred. Ticket does not need to match attendee name.
๐ Can friends check me in?
Yes, we just need your ticket.
๐ 21+?This is a 21+ event.
๐ Refunds?
We will give refunds up to 7 days from event. No exception. Within 7 days, we will ONLY do credits to future Bar Crawl USA events.
