Herbal Gardening for Healthcare
May 31, 2025 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
$35 – $95
In this workshop we will deep dive into the world of medicinal herbs and their relationship to our body’s vital systems. We’ll explore natural remedies for anxiety relief and general first aid to enhance your health and well being naturally.
During the workshop we will be designing an herbal garden that serves your specific wellness goals. Imagine creating garden beds dedicated to heart health, anxiety relief, or other areas you want to support. If you don’t have garden space, you can craft an “inner garden” by developing a routine for using these herbs or creating an inspiring art piece to guide your herbal journey throughout the year.
Finally, we will get hands-on with herbal medicine making by blending two custom teas to take home: one for heart health and another to ease anxiety, giving you a head start on your herbal self-care.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned herbalists alike, this class empowers you to cultivate your own remedies, deepen your connection with plants, and take charge of your health. Self care is community care. Join us and grow your own and your community’s well being today!
