After decades of studying yoga, participating in spiritual pilgrimages and researching wellness, Elements Wellness Spa owner Gretchen Hogan now sees the routines of her daily life as her yoga practice.
“Though owning a business is an absolute joy for me, between the spa and raising kids, I don’t have time to teach yoga anymore,” she says. “But, smiling at each person I greet, breathing calmly when something breaks or putting loving attention into folding laundry is a beautiful and rewarding practice.”
Gretchen purchased Elements from its previous owners and rebranded it under her own vision in 2020. “I strive to continue to foster a healing sanctuary,” she says.
Elements now offers monthly service plans for local guests who want to schedule more regular body care. Details and registration can be found on the website.
