The Laurel of Asheville is a lifestyle magazine focused on the arts, culture, and communities of Western North Carolina, and submitted events should fall within this context. If your event occurs over several days, please submit multiple events. Events extending beyond a month will not be accepted. All submissions are subject to editorial approval and edits for clarity and style before being published online. If you are going to include a photograph, please be certain that you have the rights to utilize that image. If there is a question about image rights, we may remove the image. Also, images should be no larger than 2000 pixels wide. Large images will prevent the event from being submitted. Please allow up to 5 days for your even to be posted. ✨ KPOP DEMON HUNTERS! Summer Camp (ages 4-7 AND 8-16) ✨
Join us for an unforgettable week of music, magic, and high-energy fun as we dive into the world of K-pop stars who battle supernatural forces — all while learning to shine on stage like true performers!
Campers will:
Learn songs from the movie and bring them to life in group singing sessions
Recreate exciting scenes and hone your heroic acting chops
Build stage confidence through acting and performance exercises
Learn K-Pop-inspired choreography and staging
Every day includes craft time creating props, scenic elements for the Friday showcase, or camp souvenirs
Perform for family and friends in a Friday Showcase!
Camp Dates: June 15-19
🎬 Showcases: Friday at 11:30am for Minis and at 3:30pm for full-day camp — don’t miss it!
💲 Price (age 8-15) Full Day: $355; price increases to $375 on April 1.
💲 Price (age 4-7) Half Day: $195; price increases to $215 on April 1.
👉 Ages & Hours:
Age 8–15: Full Day: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Age 4–7: Minis Camp: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Both our Ages 4–7 Mini Camp and our Ages 8–16 Full-Day Camp will be held in the same facility, running at the same time. While groups will have separate classes and age-appropriate activities, campers may join together for select songs, dances, or showcase moments for an extra burst of energy and teamwork! 🎉
