The 2025 Heritage Fire will be held Sunday, July 13, at The Horse Shoe Farm in Hendersonville. The live-fire, open-air culinary experience will feature a lineup of local chefs and artisans, each grilling globally inspired, heritage-breed proteins al fresco. Offerings will include a wide array of meats and heirloom vegetables from the area’s top family farms and local purveyors.
Produced by top culinary event producers a21, Heritage Fire educates consumers and offers hands-on experience with honest food sourced straight from the farm. An all-star cast of top chefs from WNC and beyond will be on-site serving up delicious bites prepared over live fire. Participating talent include Alex and Ashleigh Baxevanis (Feta Flav Greek Taverna), Benjamin Sullivan (Cranford Bros BBQ), Brett Suess (The Silo Cookhouse at The Horse Shoe Farm), Daniel Valladares (Root & Bone), Fernando Desa (Goya Foods), Jason Sweeney (Asheville Proper), Mike Rednak (Indaco), Mountain Madre (Mountain Madre), Tory Bogin (Claywood), Tyler Slade (Bargello) and more.
Tickets for the event include unlimited curated dishes, beverage pairings, live entertainment and more. After tour-goers enjoy a taste of each dish, they will have the chance to vote for the “Best Bite of the Day” and one Heritage Hero champion will be announced.
VIP early access begins at 3:30 p.m. and general admission opens at 4:15 p.m. Attendees must be 21+ to attend.
