With a recent move back to the River Arts District’s (RAD’s) Cotton Mill Studios, ArtPlay has begun what owner Kristen Edge calls the beginning of the studio’s third chapter. Flooding from Helene caused a relocation out of the RAD where ArtPlay had been since November 2021.
